Dr Jana Jenkins (BSc, PsychD, AFBPsS)

Chartered Clinical Psychologist

Clinical Director of Key Therapy Associates Limited

I was one of those people who always thought therapy was for someone else; definitely not me. But that changed when my anxiety started to have an effect on my physical wellbeing. A friend recommended Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) so I scoured the internet to find out more and to find a practitioner. I found Dr Jenkin’s web page and was impressed by her credentials and the way she talked about therapy. Although I was still a bit apprehensive, I felt very reassured after our first session. I felt safe with Dr Jenkins and I knew I was in capable and caring hands. My only regret is that I didn’t see her sooner!.
